They have protocols in place to make sure their floor doesn't have problems later and give heaps of useful information from the first meeting in the showroom, all the way through the process of installing the floor

I had new Marri hard flooring installed to a relatively small area (20m2) and also resanding and polishing both the new and existing area in Sept 2022. In the current resource (hardware and experienced folks) challenges, I am very appreciative of the effort the team put to get the job done from sourcing the flooring, install, sand and coating. And the advice provided along the way. The guys worked through the long weekend. The guys were also easy to talk to and more importantly everyone was genuinely friendly and keen to give the best outcome. Thank you, Renato, David, Adem and Mark.

The next day I phoned up to cancel it but they said I had to forfeit my deposit because I had agreed to the terms and conditions" when I paid the money. Bosch were excellent to deal with and we are very happy with our floors. Our installer Brendan was fastidious with the fit and finish of the floors and was neat and tidy in his work. We would happily engage Bosch for future flooring.
