Bosch Timber Floors

Bosch were excellent to deal with and we are very happy with our floors. Our installer Brendan was fastidious with the fit and finish of the floors and was neat and tidy in his work. We would happily engage Bosch for future flooring.

Bosch timber floors recently completed installation of Marri timber floors throughout our new house and the results are spectacular. This is the third time we have used Bosch as they are excellent in all areas. Customer service is exemplary, Monique kept in touch throughout the process, very important through the ups and downs of building the house, they deal with excellent mills and the timber is of the highest quality, finally the installation was of the highest quality, a credit to the quality of the tradesmen they use. We couldn't be happier and very highly recommend Bosch.

We stumbled on Bosch Flooring Wangara (good old Google) and now are the proud owners of an amazing Brushbox floor.Our first contact to the company was with Monique who was so helpful and spent alot of time with us showing and explaining their vast selection of types of woods, board sizes, the colours and different finishes in their large showroom.When we decided to go ahead. We were given a full itemised cost and a list of their selected few installers along with their qualifications and time spent in the industry and phone numbers of each incase we wanted to ask them any questions before Monique arranged our chosen installer and the schedule for the work.Rick was our installer for the main hallway, Kitchen, Dining and family room. and did an excellent job. we were so pleased with the result we decided to do the rear hallway and as Rick was going on holiday, Monique arranged more wood and another installer Matt all within 24hrs who also did an excellent job. what service!!We went for the satin water based finished this was done by Adam Belcher also recommended by Bosch flooring again great job!!Now the job is finished Monique is calling in to see our floor, with out a doubt we would thoughly recommend this company.

Choosing Bosch Timber Floor for the newly renovated areas (105m2) of our house was the best decision. The level of service provided by Monique at the Wangara showroom was exceptional. She guided us through the pro’s and con’s of all the options (wood type, hardwood vs engineered, widths, appearance, hardness) and provided samples to end up with the perfect solution (Engineered Spotted Gum with a brushed finish).The exceptional level of services didn’t finish at the point of sale, Monique arranged the delivery and provided updates through the installation. I cannot wait to deal with Bosch again in a few years when we will get the remaining 70m2 completed.

I recently had engineered timber floors installed in my house by Bosch Timer Floors. The staff were great to deal with, the quality of the product was excellent as was the communication re delivery and installation. The workmanship of the installers was second to none and I am extremely happy with the final product.

We have just moved back into our home after Richard and his contractors installed 225 square metres of solid jarrah floorboards throughout. It is like we have a new home and we are very happy with the service we received throughout. Sam (Diamond Floor Removals), Rick (Wicked Wood) and Jimmy (O'Brien Flooring) were communicative, professional and just nice guys to deal with.Despite family and friends telling us it would be easier to sell our house and buy one with jarrah floorboards, or build a new home and have them installed, the inconvenience of putting our furniture and possessions into storage and living in an AirBnB for 5 weeks was worth it.The photos below show our family room before, during and after.Thanks Richard, Sam, Rick and Jimmy. Fantastic customer service, quality products, prompt response times, fair prices, would 110% recommend organising your floors through Bosch Timber Floors. Monique looked after us with a friendly and helpful attitude from the first time we spoke and carried out this customer service throughout the whole process. We purchased luxury vinyl planks and Monique recommended an awesome installer (Rik RE Flooring) who was also very easy to work with and did an amazing job on our floors. We compared prices amongst some other companies and Bosch was the most reasonable. To be honest, even if we had to pay more to go through Bosch we still would have chosen them due to their great customer service. Some other places we went to basically acted like our business didn't matter and they didn't have time to even quote us. We also received a complimentary mop from Bosch which just topped off the outstanding service we received. Highly recommend!
